Privacy policy

NATARAJA is a product of Techvein IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Personal data is handled under the Techvein Privacy Policy, which sets out what is collected, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.

This page records what applies to NATARAJA specifically.

These marketing pages

They set no cookies and run no analytics.
They load nothing from any third party — no fonts, no scripts, no trackers.
Nothing is sent anywhere unless you submit the college enquiry form yourself.
If you do submit it, we receive the name, institution, email and phone number you type, and use them only to reply to that enquiry.

The signed-in platform

The application you sign in to is separate from this website. Using it means holding an account, and an account means we store the email address it was opened with, the practice attempts made under it, and the technical records needed to keep it secure. That data is used to show you your own progress and to improve the question bank. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Enquiry form submissions — 24 months from the last contact.
Account and practice data — for the life of the account, and 90 days after it closes.
Security and server logs — 90 days.

Deletion

Write to info@techvein.com to have your account and its practice history deleted. Where your access came through a college, that college administers the account and we will tell you so rather than acting behind them.
