Terms of Use

• TatvaOS — the school operating system and its modules
• Trineetra — the coding and robotics learning platform
• NATARAJA — the Merchant Navy examination practice platform
• WhatsApp Suite — messaging integration built on the WhatsApp Business Platform
• Composite Skill Lab, robotics and AI labs, and related training
• Transport Services, IT Services and custom software engagements

• Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account
• Accounts issued through a school, college or employer are administered by that institution, which may reset, suspend or remove them
• If you are under 18, you may use our platforms only through an institution or with the consent of a parent or guardian
• Tell us at info@techvein.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission

• Breaking any applicable law, or infringing anyone's rights
• Probing, scanning or attempting to defeat authentication, rate limits or any other security control
• Automated scraping, bulk extraction or systematic downloading of content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code
• Reselling, sublicensing or providing the service to a third party without a written agreement
• Uploading malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing
• Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organisation

• You and your institution retain ownership of the data and content you put into our platforms
• You grant Techvein a limited licence to host, process, transmit and back up that content, solely to provide and support the service
• Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms
• On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy

• The platforms, their source code, interfaces and designs
• Curriculum, lesson material, question banks and validation content
• The names and marks Techvein, TatvaOS, Trineetra and NATARAJA, and the associated logos

WhatsApp Suite

• The Suite is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is operated by Meta — not by Techvein
• You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's own terms; your obligations to Meta are yours, not ours
• You are responsible for obtaining recipient opt-in before messaging anyone, and for honouring opt-outs
• Template approval, conversation pricing and account decisions rest with Meta. We cannot guarantee that a template will be approved, that a message will be delivered, or that a suspended account will be reinstated
• Charges levied by Meta are separate from any fee payable to Techvein

NATARAJA

• NATARAJA is a practice and self-study platform
• It is not an examination authority, and is not approved or accredited by the Directorate General of Shipping or by any maritime administration
• It does not issue certificates recognised for statutory or licensing purposes
• Practice results are indicative only, and are not a prediction or guarantee of any examination outcome
• Syllabi change. Confirm current requirements with your examining authority

Labs, transport and engagements

• Hardware, lab build-outs, transport services and custom software are delivered against the scope in the signed agreement
• Manufacturer warranties on hardware pass through to you; we do not extend them
• Timelines assume the access, site readiness and approvals set out in that agreement

• Hosting and network providers, email delivery, messaging platforms and payment processors
• We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
• We give notice of planned maintenance where it is practicable to do so
• Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the platforms develop; we will not remove a material feature you are paying for without notice

• To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without implied warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill
• Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud

• Either party may terminate in accordance with the signed agreement, or on reasonable notice where there is none
• We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where continued access presents a security risk — with notice where it is practicable
• We will restore access once the cause is resolved
• On termination your right to use the service ends; the data export period in Your Data & Content applies
